Refund Policy

At Villas Aqua – Hotel & Residence (https://villasaqua.com/), we aim to provide our guests with clear and transparent terms regarding refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for both refundable and non-refundable rates.
1. Refundable Rates
Refundable rates allow guests to cancel or modify their reservation and receive a refund according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation 60+ Days Before Arrival:
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees or add-ons. - Cancellation Within 60 Days of Arrival:
If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you will be eligible for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the specifics of the cancellation, minus non-refundable processing fees and any applicable add-ons. - Refund Timeframe:
Refunds for refundable rates will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account will depend on the payment method and your bank. - No-Show or Early Checkout:
If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date or check out early, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
2. Non-Refundable Rates
Non-refundable rates offer a lower price but are subject to stricter cancellation terms. Please note the following:
- No Refund for Cancellations:
Reservations made under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. The full payment made at the time of booking will be forfeited if you decide to cancel or modify your reservation. - No Changes Allowed:
Non-refundable rate bookings are final, and no changes to dates or guests will be permitted. If you wish to change your reservation, you will need to cancel and rebook, subject to availability and the non-refundable nature of the rate.
3. Payment Processing Charges and Fees
Please note that payment processing charges and fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes any charges incurred when processing payments at the time of booking.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable or invalid, the refund will be processed through an alternative method, subject to approval.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@villasaqua.com with your booking reference number, cancellation details, and any other relevant information. We will review your request and process it in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
